 Nov 26 (Reuters) - Callinan Royalties Corp <CAA.V>: * Announces comprehensive agreement with Hudbay * Says settlement agreement marks an end to protracted litigation which Callinan initiated in early 2007 * If exercised,settlement to result in payments by Hudbay of up to $19 mln,including expenditures on War Baby claim of $7 million * Under settlement agreement,co and Hudbay have agreed to terminate the net profits interest royalty agreement effective December 31
