Can't disagree
much with what either of you are saying..especially the hookum skookum about losing the files.....but heh lets be realistic here....any npi's as you have stated ,moose,are historically rife with disagreement and claims of cheating..access to books has allways been a problem. The lawsuit had been draggin (and that costs everyone..cept the lawyers)... Isn't it a little odd to file a lawsuit in 2007 going back to discrepancies in 1993? Besides if i file a lawsuit ...u can bet ur woodpile that i would overstate the claim tenfold...at least for starters .....where was this thing goin....nowhere
at any rate the deal was made (im referring to the HB/Call) and nothing will change that....the merger with Altius means we keep what we had and benefit by being part of a larger group of likeminded investors. I rate Altius mgmt as some of the best. The NSR s are rock solid and maybe now war baby gets worked. All good so far
As far as that bottom of the cycle comment goes ..i meant it in a general sense...the junior market is decimated, commodity stocks are in the pits and ALtius is not shortchanging us...keep ur ALS shares and i think we will do well...years out. Sure ..maybe tomorrow ALS is at nine...maybe ten years from now...its ninety
As far as HB and ALS...like i said ...I hope theyget crackin on war baby ....thats 11 mill plus royalties

Willy K very good post. :) What you are saying is its over and indeed it is. I do think the smell should be highlighted because some day a shenanigan might backfire and result in accountability. Canada Moose.
