I heard basically consignment.

Bags were sold then bought back if they didn't sell in a time period. Bought back and written off

Consignment doesn't meet the obligations for revenue recognition...... they would need a likelihood expectation of selling....... based on the material amount returned, this would have to be disclosed.

Whatever MZI comes back as, they will not be selling purses.

Right and a CFO should know that. Even the buyback story does not make sense. This would have become apparent way earlier than the release of the annual financials. What about all the website sales they supposedly made when the DEMI picture was released? Nothing about this makes any kind of sense at all.

If you think this makes no sense why have you not sold your shares in this pump and dump. This company was featured on the dragens den trying to solicitate venture capitol and there was no takers. It was obvious they felt there was nothing for them. Personally if you had watchewd the show they were very skeptical and did not buy into the company or believed there was a venture to make money.

Tell that to Eric Lebouef , who apparantly put near 100k in to this thing recently??? I think he stated his average cost was 2.5 cents Tell that to the PP peeps who ponied up 525k a few months ago as well People were acting based on reported sales that turned out not to be sales and so on.. Most people left here have small positions or sold out

Folks finally getting the feeling that the company may have just maybe "forgot" to disclose certain bits of information to investors and the public?  One would at least hope that management and/or insiders were never at any point selling their shares while this was going on.  How about that? were any of them dumping large numbers of shares even as the stock was tanking?

As best I can tell mainly KR was the one selling. I think one other officer sold some stock along  the way. Dont forget we raised 1.2? million last year when the big push was on and 525k just now and have NOTHING to show for it . That is a LOT of money for a company the ultimately sold peanuts in purses when the reversals took place. No problem taking huge management fees though nor any ...more
