So here is the big question....

Everyone can agree people bought this stock in the past based on increasing sales of the Mezzi purse line, other announcements showing promise etc.

But if everything is dead and we know the story then who has been buying and why?

Yesterday on stockwatch the stock closed at 15 cents. People have been buying this right along. A while ago Eric Le-pooof antied up 100k or so ..

What story is being told that is making people buy the stock now when there is no reason to buy?

Who put 525k into this thing? The "pro-group" accounted for 400k of that (2 owners). Who are they , why is that not released on SEDI insider? Why would anyone put that money here?

In other news , MOBIO (formerly LX Ventures) was up nearly 100% in a month with really not much going on but tons of losses and no news releases.

A more pertinent question might be, When the stock was plummetting were there any insiders dumping large amounts of stock who might, just maybe, have been privvy to information that investors and the public were unaware of. Say, information relating to sales that may or may not have actually existed? Anybody got an answer to that?

Yes that is easy, it is all on Sedi. KR sold a ton of stock BEFORE the sales reversal was in the annual report. Even then it was only in a table in the MDA showing quarterly sales. No disclosure other than that that I could find

Well then the follow up question would be - Is it legal for insiders to dump shares of their own company while they are in possession of negative material information that is not available to the company's investors or the public?

Exactly....... this has a lot of issues that need to be investigated by the proper authority. In other news, Duke capital sharing Mezzi office space

Not an issue putting 400K in when you bill 400K in consulting fees..... what do these "consultants' do?  Sure there would be tax on those consulting revs but you could have free stock essentially, at 7.5 cents with warrants at 10...... I would be very interested to see if the consultants are participating in the PP....... Same with management fees.... I would love to jetset for 10K ...more
