AS PER NEWS RELEASE FROM AUG 17th:  Private Placement of 70,000,000 ("Units") at a price of $0.0075 per Unit, will be released from HOLD on December 16, 2017, and may potentially find themselves for sale on the market.  Govern yourself accordingly.

Dont think so as that PP was primarily 2 groups. They sre not going to sell. 3 million of CASH will be injected soon as PP set to close soon. Email Keir@mezzi.com to check. I believe you want to buy cheap shares

Just make sure to adjust your numbers from the prior release for the 1-10 reverse split It is 7 million shares, and 7 million warrants.. (you might already know this but just in case) Yeah been talking about it for a while here so it is no surprise to us. We need some good news now and some buying interest. It seems like we had a few big sellers which was expected at these levels. Need to ...more
