No news yet,

So plan B ...pretty much ensure buying is scarce, then announce news after close Friday or before open Monday. With the dearth of buying beforehand hope that the news creates some buying to help take out some of the stock for sale.

Nothing but piles of selling going on and feeble attempts at bid support.
