another FACT -- I sold and actually got my money back at 93,000 shares at .45 cents (minus $8.95 qtrade commission of approx $150 and stress) I put every spare $ I had to average down to .045 pre-consolidation plus the loss of income I could have made (or loss) on other stocks I would have traded.
another FACT - I have caught mgmt wrong on many occasions...stretching the truth. Writing sales are 2.5m + per year
