Cash flow

Cash flow in Q1 was about $24 million before dividends and capital expenditures.  Annualize that and we are looking at almost $100 million in cash flow.  We are trading at under a $400 million market cap., so what would we be worth if we were taken over tomorrow, considering we are still growing and are a best in class company?  $7.50 a share?  $10.00 a share?

Anyway you look at it, we are undervalued.  We have based between 4.50 and 5.00 for several months, I expect a run to 6.50 or 7.00 in the next 8 months.
