Be Patient
The company is proceeding as promised. On October 22, 2019 a release by CellCube stated, and this is an exact quote “The Company does not intend to disclose developments or provide updates on the progress or status of the review of strategic alternatives unless or until required or when the Company determines appropriate.”
We all know they are in discussions with Bushveld. Normally both sides will agree to not release any information unless both sides agree. There are many reasons for this.
For the most up-to-date happenings your best bet is to read the Form 7 that is filed with the Canadian Securities Exchange before the opening of the 5th trading day of the month. This is a certified report submitted by CellCube. That is probably all you are going to get.
A positive to me is that the parties continue to talk, with Bushveld still funding Enerox through CellCube.
On another subject, please note that Enerox has the best VRB in the world, while holding many patents, etc. I don’t see any other company that is more advanced in the vanadium battery storage arena. Everyone else seems to be trying to outdo the CellCube battery with different ideas, and they cannot beat CellCube, not even close. Most are just in the proof of concept stage.
Energy storage is a growing sector of the markets, this is just in the beginning stages, or maybe you prefer fossil fuels. I don’t.
The company is doing everything they can for the shareholders. Be patient.
