There may be more coming
In other words our great negotiators basically gave the company Enerox away for nothing, wait, Bushveld allowed CellCube to keep 10% of Enerox. Great job! But there may be more to the story. CellCube now is nothing more than a vanadium mine but they own closely held Vanadium Technology that was purchased from the US Department of Energy. That is unless they gave that also to Bushveld. My point is that maybe Bushveld is also after the Vanadium mine or would like to finance and take an equity position in the mine. Could happen, there will be plenty of demand for vanadium in N.A. in the future. Bushveld or Enerox will be or could be a customer of the mine. You can't build out a mine unless you have customers, this may work.

So cellcube is now a company that has still 10% enerox, some tiny cash from the ridiculous low price they got for 90% of enerox and a mine (that produces zero, a piece of land basically) what a great business model suckers!!
