TT.TO has Montney land adjacent to CLT

My post is below and it shows that CLT was expensive vs the peers (20%   oil  and  liquids)....obviously  XOM  wanted to buy a vast  Montney  land  so the deal worked despite the fact that CLT has only 100M  funds  from  operations  annualized and 

EV/FFO  =   24 !

 

After  this, I believe  that  TT.TO  (Terra   Energy)  will  be  an  acquisition  target  too....Progress (PRQ) was   bought  by  Petronas,  now  CLT.TO  is  bought  by  XOM ....

Both   CLT.TO  and  PRQ.TO  have  Montney   land   adjacent  to  TT.TO

Time   will  tell.

Delphi has 45 net sections and 100 drilling locations that are literally touching this land in the Montney.  I'd say they are logically the next step and with a 100% owned 30 mmcf/day liquids facility built and running at Fox Creek Montney they make a better case for value.   jmo
