have we been had?

I am a fairly new investor in this company - got in when I saw they were in the area of the Golden Triangle -within a week or so  they were halted.  If I had known they were this badly managed (ie not getting their financials in order) this would not have been one I would ever have looked at - on the surface it SEEMED legit.....IR not getting back to me.....anyone else having better success with IR to see what the situation is?

GLTA (looks like we're going to need it)

Its fine they did get it in at the deadline, BCSC jumped the gun a bit.  Company is good, the properties are good, and the 6 million line of credit is testimant to that.   Company should be little less slack next year
