"announces that that effective April 1, 2021, it retained John Bevilacqua (the “ Consultant ”) as an investor relations and business consultant, ...  the Company will pay the Consultant a fee of $6,000 plus applicable taxes per month for the duration of the term."

Yet on their last dismal financial statements they had...
