If this was a much larger position for me I would put together a 5% group. Request a discussion with the board. If they didn't respond use the 5% to call a special meeting to replace the board. You would be suprised how much faster you get a response when they sense the hand of responsibility reaching out. Been involved in something like that a few times. We forced one board who ...more
