would think it is a good spec, but, must be careful of quebec since pq got voted in, and there may yet be changes to taxation laws for miners in quebec.

PQ did not get majority government. Expect very little change. Quebec still number 1 mining region in world.. I don't really think you can call it a 'spec' anymore. respectfully dc
