Option agreement?

This could have fantastic upside (linked to the price of gold). I am starting to do some dd on this, meanwhile, anyone has any thoughts on how the company might finance its $10M option payment coming up in Dec of this year? Of course, it would be lot easier if the POG was higher, assuming by the end of the year it is in $1,400~$1,500 range?
