XALI GOLD IS CLOSE TO SEALING THE DEAL & PERMITS

This has taken longer than Xali management would have liked, shareholders included, but things are stacking up nicely into place. Sealing a deal on the SDA as well as permits incoming will allow drilling to commence on that stacked boiling system of gold and silver!

Good morning fellow shareholders, I think we are at the end of cheap shares.  Joanne has a lot of irons in the fire, exciting times ahead.  Lets not forget the clause from the last financing, if the share price remains over 20 cents for a period of 10 consecutive trading days the company can force the excercise of the warrants associated with the financing.
