it can't take this long, they need to get moving, go down to the office and speak with someone and get it done!

gold is moving up and is $1930, xgc should be 20 cents and no less.

I found the video again of the CEO explaining the delays dating back to November of last year.  9:55 minute mark (change in permit personel caused delays).....  12:50 minute mark (delays have caused a re-think and interest by others in funding for getting the mill ready) ... and the 15:00 minute mark (engaging the owner in getting a new permit group)..... {^youtubevideo|(width)425|

Seems  for experienced people  , working in a country that has been reasonably favourable to mining,  things are not moving ahead too well.   Sure the government has had problems with the drug cartels but that should not slow stuff down this much.  I am sure others are getting permits??? Here is an opportunity to  dream   - What happens to the share price

permits granted and i expect a much higher share price around 20+ cents. if they do a private placement below 10 cents i'm out.

I'm expecting the sp to at least double or more with permit news. January 2022 the sp hit .20c plus on expectations then if my memory is correct. Let's hope it does again and pp is done at that point or higher.
