IMHO Pretty SAD

Talk seemed to indicate  wait for some money  to finance exploration.  Now  after  very long delays  it seems that they have got a few things together to start generating some cash.

AND  THEN  to do a PP  at these low prices and dilute  the  value??  Especially since  the  new money generation  is  now in place  , to  share it with new folks at a price lower than many shareholders are in at  is  very  sad.

We'll see if this deal will bring xgc off the ground. On the one hand we can hope for cash coming in and reprocessing and exploration of El Oro Hard Rock. On the other hand we are are getting in a position where other companies are getting much influence and maybe take more profit from the projects than xgc share holders. What concerns me is that after tailings and the old mines are cleared ...more

This is exactly what we didn't need. 3% return is a joke for XALI shareholders. Many people here came on board due to the flashy returns posed on charts relating to the old workings of el oro, the epithermal veins and the tailings. All have been a bust and show nothing but poor leadership. Been here for a long time and I'm not waiting another 10 years to be worth under 20 million for ...more

I should also rephrase that. The assets are not a bust, the managing of the assets are a bust! We will not see the returns we thought we would as long as this board  is still at helm.

I agree. it does seem to look that way now. i suspected  it a while back when Freeze was allowing the owner of the land to get involved into why permits were taking too long... then the whole failed timing over the partner that didn't accomplish their task.  Freeze hasn't seemed too proactive in getting things done... and these markets haven't been friendly either.  But ...more
