I participated in the private placement.
I just went to my PO box and there was a stock certificate for the amount subscribed to.
-
So we have a stock certificate.
-
What concerns me is there is no mention of the associated warrants in the envelope.
In my last 20 private placements, this has never happened.
Any comments?
-
I guess I will have to call the company to sort this out.
-
Allegiant has its own website up.
-
https://www.allegiantgold.com/ -
However, when will this stock trade?
-
Does it have a TSX Symbol yet?
-
When will Stockhouse recognize Allegiant and provide a proper Bullboard?

The following is the top of the private placement subscription agreement.
I hardly consider these compound sentences English.
-
-
Quote:
SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT FOR SUBSCRIPTION RECEIPTS
TO: ALLEGIANT GOLD LTD. (the “Corporation”)
-
The undersigned subscriber (the “Subscriber”) hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase up to that number of subscription receipts of the Corporation (the “Purchased Securities”) set forth below
at a price of $0.60 per Purchased Security, on the terms and conditions set out in this subscription agreement (this “Agreement”).
-
The Purchased Securities will consist of subscription receipts of the Corporation (“Subscription Receipts”), each Subscription Receipt entitling the holder thereof to receive,
upon conversion in accordance with its terms and the terms of the Subscription Receipt Agreement (as defined herein), which are summarized in the Term Sheet (as defined herein), without payment of additional consideration or further action on the part of the holder,
one Common Share and one Warrant (each as defined herein), subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms of the Subscription Receipt Agreement.

-
End Quote.
-
Translation into English.
For each 60-cents you give us you will get one share of Allegiant and one warrant.
-
Where are our warrants?
