Rick Miller

Rick Miller had 7,835,968 shares July 2019. Now he has less than a million. He has sold more than 7 Million shares without leaving any trace on SEDI. How this can be explained? When he sold his shares? Before Philip Millar sold 28 Million shares before April 2019 not recorded on SEDI and Most recently Garry Zipfel resigned last October owning 29.5 M shares. He may be behind recent Hatwood dumps.

How this insiders hide their activity from SEDI? it is very concerning to me.

and if as you claim the stock is going to go up, then why would they all be selling their shares....clearly they dont believe its going up. Clearly they know the truth.

Do not use any chance to go negative. Also you have used all chances to question me. Fine I got it. You have suspicions. Then, as I answer your questions please update us with your recording. Are you going to release it any time soon? You over simplify the picture. GLH was not the only stock in the market. Why the short sellers, sild when the stocks were already much below their fair value? I ...more

whats more likely is they delist, then re list after eliminating or diluting retail shareholders...they will then suddenly start booming making themselves rich and the debt holders rich while the normies are left with nothing. Thats what seems to be going on here. The purposeful destruction of a company. Once again, if its rick millar selling as you claim, why is a multi millionaire dumping shares ...more

Your last sentence shows you did not read me carefully and put incorrect words in my mouth. When instead of rushing to repeat yourself over and over you correctly phrase my claim I would happily continue the conversation. Otherwise there is no point in it.

well first you said haywood was phil millar, now youre claiming haywood is someone else...i have no idea what to believe with any of this anymore, i think we all got played by management.

again you put wrong words in my mouth. Also I am not trying to form your believe. Those were just inputes for thoughts and I was thinking loudly. Before shaping your believe you have to spend the time to read correctly. If still have problem in even quoting others you have to spend even more time to read. Cut the long deposited personal emotions and think freshly.

Just to help you: Based on the OTCQB Certification dated July 29,2019 Rick Miller had 7,835,968 shares. He sold all by end of 2019. SEDI shows he acquired 707,033 shares on 31 Dec 2019 "privately". This is the number of shares he has currently. In another word I did not claim him being behind Haywood dumps. Regarding Haywood previously I proposed several candidates ...more

I checked on SEDI, and there is no sale for Rick Miller of 7,835,968, but there is two buy of GLH for John Varghese totalling 27,392,022 in the past year, most at C$0.06. Only thing I'm left wondering is why you make stuff up, whats the hidden agenda Orwellian?
Comment by Orwellian1984 on Jul 03, 2020 10:48am
The only thing you have to wonder is why you can not read carefully. I wrote Rick miller sold and in the first post I clearly stated that it is not recorded in SEDI. This means you can not find it in SEDI! Why is not recorded on SEDI? I do not know. Do you need prove? very fair. So not bad to check the first post first. but I help you here here too. Check the links below and write me back the ...more

By the ways appologies will be accepted!

so if insiders are secretly dumping shares, is that not the shadiest sh1t ever? Why are you buying shares (supposedly) if this is the case???
Comment by Orwellian1984 on Jul 03, 2020 12:16pm
The answer is in the diffrenece between "were" and "are" which you used it incorrectly for the insiders. Another difference is between "insider" and "exinsider". At the end, I am responsible for my investmenet and I may be wrong. You do not have to follow others. Do your own analysis and act based on that.

I wrote before that based on the holdings reported on OTC and SEDI, Rick Miller sold 7,835,968 shares Between July 29,2019 and December 31,2019 which is not reported on SEDI. Rick Miller again acquired 707,033 shares on 31 Dec,2019 based on SEDI (private placement). Today SEDI reports that he acquired 347,368 on July 7th (again private placement) but his new balance is just 347,368 ...more

Comment by Puffdragon6969 on Jul 21, 2020 4:10pm
I'll admit I noticed the same thing and believe it's strange that no sells have ever been reported to sedi.
Comment by SlyestFox on Jul 21, 2020 5:35pm
is that not something to bring to the attention of the osc, iiroc and the company themselves
