My theory is that investors are taking a wait and see approach after the payout of the debentures.

Also waiting for the next quarterly

my theory is noone wants to.buy this stock because management continues to dilute shareholders at record low prices every single chance they get.

GLH needs to get to positive cash flow, but this is not all.  The thing that will make this stock go crazy is Legalization on the Federal level so they can gain access the the banks.  I think this is truly what needs to happen and we will be in this stock for sometime before we make a gain.
