OK, I guess the share rollback will occur once we finally breach 1 billion shares?  We gotta be getting close by now.....
Comment by Gladiator3 on Dec 21, 2020 2:38pm
As of right now we are sitting on 883 million shares outstanding. When the closing happens of the private placement in a couple of weeks the outstanding share count will be 983 million shares outstanding.    When debratuers approve the interest payment in shares the final outstanding share count will be surpassed the 1 billion outstanding share mark.

i think it will probably happen in April right after these shares become unlocked and the year end numbers are released. I'm thinking 100-1. Time will tell

reverse split will be the death of the retail shareholders. And people like puff welcome it. Sad. Clearly you know which side puff and friends are on and have been on for years.
Comment by Gladiator3 on Dec 22, 2020 9:18am
Mr. Jeff Yapp did mention on a conference call a while back when asked about the outstanding share count his response was a reverse split is not an option that they leaning more towards a share buy program that would be implemented when they see it appropriate to do so.

easy call for the split. I guess 100-1 was too much for them.

after that short interest will grow drastically and stock will fall another 50 percent.

you're such a negative loser. Obsessed with this stock for 6 years. Sad. Get a life.

talk to me when this stock becomes worth 1/5th of what it was originally valued at before they ever owned chalice, and had licenses in multiple states. Question is who did the original audit when glh had nothing and was valued so high....they themselves should be looked into.
