It will stay this way or drift lower, and especially if people continue to sell into the bids. Not a lot of good reasons to do that and those might be:

1.) day traders

2.) conversion of debentures to shares

3.) Active traders and large block sales creating downward momentum. 

4.)  just plain stupid.

dave you already know this stock price is controlled why are you even questioning whos selling. Convertible arbitrage. Thats your answer. The fact that you still dont see it makes me think youre one of them
