this company is a joke. Being held down to eventually bebsold its oretty obvious. Either that or a hostile takeover by the debt owners. Either way this stock has been steadily held down on purpose. Sad investors get shafted while managers make hundreds of thousands a year...

So let's say it's 23 to 1 If you have 1 million shares at 23 to 1 now you have 43,000 shares correct

Yes ,  you are correct 1'000'000 shares -:-  23 =   43, 478 shares  .06 X 23 = $1.38 But  they still would need all shareholders approval for this to be official.

I guess I'm trying to figure out where the stock might be before the vote if you're investing big money 10 million let's say I don't want to just get a measly 20% I need the stock to go at least 9 cents to 12 before the vote After that my perception of a reverse stock really sucks
