Would you like to be more specific? Are you referring to the acquisition of the Oregon retail chain? That was only announced weeks ago so no, it hasn't "fallen through". Very certain it will go through and 6-12 months would be a reasonable amount of time. Just to reiterate. If the deal is that complex, it could take a while. Auditing, lawyers, number crunching, back and forth negotiations. Also might include shares. Etc.....Not to mention (10 store locations). Not a expert, but definitely could take months. Hopefully get a update with the next reports due out.
