This is pending news. Consolidation and name change was already stated in a news release. This must be something new. Hope its a great first quarter or a buyout offer or something else out of the park. Anyone's guess but GLTA

The date when it was supposed to be taking place was never mentioned. Or it could be about the acquisition is finally closed. Etheir way it's all good.
