Shouldn't these promoters and scalpers disclose in full?
Grandpa Blazer/ Sepi, Gus, Mario... and 20 more aliases should invest in taking his grandkids to Disney instead of scalping investors. Such Promoters should remember that the securities laws require stock promotional materials (like he and his boss post daily) to disclose certain information to investors. In addition, the disclosures provided must be truthful and complete. The SEC has charged stock promoters for disclosing false and misleading information concerning the origin of faxes used in promotional campaigns, who paid for the promotional campaign, and the type or amount of compensation paid. Due to increasing SEC scrutiny. Good luck Grandpa, I will continue to read the Port Huron Times Herald to hear all the good things about you.
If this devious stock promoter made the legally required disclosure fewer investors would purchase the security. It is customary that promoter that can’t generate the necessary high volume, will have trouble finding work in the future. Recent SEC enforcement actions suggest that many promoters’ disclosure is often unclear, incomplete, or entirely untrue. This is how the lone promoter works here.
