CHALF Stock failure NOT related to MJ sector
  1. Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past years
  2. Stock tanked at a record low $0.14 & stuck there
  3. Expanding Debt on annual and Quarterly basis Acquiring failed businesses when they can’t run their own!
  4. Disintegrating Operational cash-flow
  5. Has scarce cash flow for operations
  6. Failed its investors for 8 whole years (-99.6% loss in value)
  7. Stock is down by - 89% lower than 16 months ago
  8. Cosmetic management changes failed
  9. CFO Resigns
  10. Auditor Quits
  11. Current Management failed and the 78% drop in stock
  12. Competitors doing better financially
  13. Consolidation 23:1 reverse split turned out to be a disaster
  14. DE ratio is at 68 meaning every $1 Chalice owns, it owes $68 in debt
  15. No Net Profits (Profit margin -22% in Q3/2021)
  16. Not forecasted to become profitable over the next 3 years
  17. Market cap dropped by 300% only this year from $64MM to $9.1MM
