A Chess Shuffle. Good luck when investors have no financials since September 30, 2021
No CFO for months to certify any financials or handle the Canadian Halt crisis
but more board members and original owner/debt holder to "advise" the CEO. I wonder Hmmmmm
Simpson formerly had the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Chalice Brands.
Mr. Zipfel serves as capital partner and board-level advisor for start-up stage companies
