Can’t buy anymore in the US?
Fidelity is preventing investors from putting in an order for an opening transaction stating there wasn’t enough company information meaning No audited or certified financials or a CFO and/or the risk associated with the company is high. I think the legacy brokerages like Vanguard, Fidelity, Schwab, etc. have new OTC rules that don’t allow buying if it doesn’t meet certain criteria of fact disclosures or meeting the obligation to government agencies. I know if you’re holding on a legacy brokerage you can currently sell CHALF, but not purchase.
