CEO Jeff Yapp Quit a year ago quietly to join e resonate.

It looks like he is now Executive Chairman at eResonate. The article going over Jeff’s sparkling history seems to leave out his tenure at Chalice Brands. I have only ever heard great things about Jeff but silence from Chalice Brands is annoying while we wait for compliance.

Yapp is smart. He saw his two CFO's resign, Auditors quit financials in a mess and who knows how big brother (SEC) is viewing all these!  They brought in ex CEO, ex owner and major debtholder Sabbatical Simpson to run the mess. to set it up probably for a private takeover and our shares are worthless
