This company is probably going private in a takeover by ex owner ex CEO Simpson. CEO Yapp has been gone for a year to e-resonate. Pumpers were bragging he wasn't getting paid LOL, of course DUH. He works at a different company. Sabbatical Simpson (ex owner ex CEO) is running the company according to plan without hiring a CFO or an auditor to take Chalice private and your shares will be all worthless. This is now a scam. No financials for nearly 18 months , halted/delisted in Canada and -99.7% down since startup.
