For a company in growth mode they seem to be having difficulty attracting people to fill positions. Some openings date back to Oct.. Being short staffed in the pharmacy business seems quite perilous. Poor efficiency leads to poor margins.

There's a positive side to all of this as well - many acquisitions lately and likely able to streamline employees that way.  Faster equipment will reduce the numbers needed as we get more efficient. Maybe that's why some of those jobs are pretty old - didn't need to fill but willing to  look at cadidates as they come in ... looking for the best of the best if they apply
