Having read the recent Clarus report i was excited about the inroads China Health has made over the last couple of years.We should expect an announcement soon regarding their bid for 587 clinics in rural China. This will be the largest since Q2-2010 (110 clinics), 210 clinics to date. The $3.60 price target in the next 12 months is based upon a P/E estimate of
.12 for 2011 with a low P/E multiple of 30 applied. Most Companies in this sector would receive 40 to 50. With the Chinese government pouring billions into the rural health care sector over the next few years CHO will be able to take advantage of their product development,marketing inroads, manufacturing capabilities and sales force resulting in explosive growth in sales and share price.
