Bullboard - Stock Discussion Forum Choom Holdings Inc CHOOF

Choom Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based retail cannabis company, which is established as store networks in Canada. The Company’s Choom brand is inspired by Hawaii's Choom Gang, a group of buddies in Honolulu, who loved to smoke weed or, as the locals call it, Choom. Dear Choom Management,
Time to show your loyal supports how to run an effective business without diluting valuation and share price.

Chris, 18 months ago you were buying on the open markets at .30-.90/share. Recently you bought 30,000 shares, but no one else from the org has purchased since.

Corey, your retail 'experience' from Walmart blows. You have managed to secure below average/desirable locations. Sometimes 'experience' from other instituations means they were able to kiss the right a$$ at the right time. Corey, you need to kick up your worth.

Phivida, had James Bailey. Ex Red Bull CEO, but failed to keep in the org. Wikala, that's an entry level group with little to no upswing. David Moon, nicely dressed but not much more than that. Can he actually prove his worth?

All, I'm heavily invested but can't stand the recent run. These clowns need to show their worth of it may be one of the worst Cannabis plays ever.

Could not agree more! why do we have all of these mouths to feed ? and yet we don't see anything from them you would think that everyother week there would be news regarding out growth of Choom  but these people that we put our confidence in have shown us nothing but their ability to convince Chris Bogart that they are worth every penny how do we the share holders convince Chris to get ...more

couldn't agree more with you more. Management does absolutely nothing to try and show the value of the company. They need a marketing team for the stock itself. There are cannabis companies that are loosing money with higher valuations than Choom. I would bet bank Choom is bleeding money.

The problem is they dont want other companies to meddle, impede, sabatoge business dealings. Therein they dont reveal all. This curtails transparency for shareholders. We arr left placing all our trust in management. What are the options as shareholders os as management? for instance how do we know Choom isnt dealing with a smaller group of stores for acquisition?
