CHOOM ISSUES SHARES FOR SETTLEMENT OF DEBT
 
Choom Holdings Inc. has entered into a termination of employment agreement with an employee, whereby Choom has settled $102,083.33 of the severance payable through the issuance of 1,276,042 common shares at a deemed price of eight cents per common share.

Dilution it's Not Good. Paying debt with more actions its not good. Every stock that had did it fall... Choo was ready for a Run up but now it's going down from now.. too much actions too much Dumpers... Glta
