I'm curious why are those stores that were closed for covid still closed. It would seem more like they were under performing stores and they closed them. Does anyone live near them to see if they have pulled their retail furniture and fixtures out of any of them. They may shift them to one of the new stores they are opening.

Cautiously optimistic! However, the price started ramping up last week. We have a leak and there is relatively low volume today indicating daytraders will knock this back down when they take their 4 to 6 pennies.
