Looking at the list of people the first thing that jumps out to me is, the CEO knows how to grow pot but run a company he does not. Corey has excellent skills when they are being used in manufacturing not as a CEO. So the first thing is this company needs a REAL CEO not an experience pot grower. To withhold your vote would not necessarily see him removed, but your vote to have him replaced in conjunction with the votes of other share holders could see a dramatic change in how share holders are keep up to date on plans that may incress interest in the company and possibly the share price that has remain stagnant, not to vote may just be a yes vote to keep Corey and Chris right ...more

I certainly understand my vote alone will not remove anybody but if the sentiment of ALL shareholders are the same then the powers to be will be replaced.
