Not a good sign seeing 2 jumpship in 2 months People think the money from store they sold and all that they are putting it towards choom lolll they are filling there pockets and declaring bankrupt with millions in there pockets  So easy to see most CEO does that at the end, normal people do it, celebreties, business guys, everyone the people hoping it will bounce back are dreamers, move on

Or they are reorganizing. Getting rid of the losers. Don't count them out just yet. If that was the case, high tide would of bought them out for 2.35 million and took controlling interest in the company. They could of then closed the stores that didn't work. Would have been cheaper than buying 9 stores for more than double that. Remember Aurora owns a good stake in Choom which gives an LP

When aurora helped they where viable and even going bankrupt aurora will get a big chunk back per settlement just not the investor, better do your study first, there is claused and contracts when helping  investors has no such things

How will aurora get a big chuck back when the current value of Choom is peanuts compared to how much they have invested in choom? . High tide took over those 9 stores in exchanged for 5.1m in shares. If they were liquidating assets and imploding due to bankruptcy it would be far more simple and this whole process would unfold faster with more updates and news releases. My research suggests this

No one's trying to prove you wrong. It's just counterproductive to bash a company you sank your hard earned dollars into. I would rather see what good could come out of this shut show, than the latter.
