As much as I would like to believe this would turnaround.... a "restructure" is part and parcel of the sale of assets to Cannacabana - it depends on the perspective.. is it a restructure fro ma Choom or Aurora perspective ....... this is a thread your hanging onto. (Thats its Choom) .

I would have to agree that no news is better than news of insolvency, bankruptcy. They just finished the sale of the 9 stores to high tide, but they had 17 before CCAA proceedings. They had theee extensions on the proceedings and I thought that after the Hightide deal we would hear something. Until that news comes out we can only speculate and at this point it looks dire. I never saw in any stock a scenario like this to be honest I would believe they would try to go bankrupt and avoid more loss But the thing is choom seem to have been bought out as its weird that there website is not even choom anymore either way shareholders had rights to know what was going on as an investor it is wrong to just shaft them and not say anything as they poured money in i would

I agree there should have been something. Even with the court proceedings you think they still would have been able to reach out. But I am unfamiliar with what's expected of a company during this process. I think we will hear something eventually once this has been dealt with. Until then goodluck in the market.
