BuyingPeople and companies buy things they don't have. TLG is about to declare a DFS with proven numbers, Sumitomo is a massive company and an easy bid to partner or take out TLG. So the fact that the Sumi/KLD discovery drill hole is extreme early days is exactly why they might WANT to buy TLG or 51%+ partner. My opinion is 180 degrees from you on why Sumi could be interested. They get the proven mine which can be producing 2027 and if lucky in 2026. Then if their drill hole near TLG's Pallador/Rocket target pans out with a lot more drilling, they already own the TLG part right on the claim line ( that they paid nothing for in the overall participation money for the big mine) If that 1 hole of Sumi was nothing ( unlikely) they move on. As I have said highly interesting for Sumi to buy or partner with TLG, buy Sayona huge land package for break even pricing or discount as Sayona can't afford it or afford to exloit what might be there. If the DFS is quite robust and tremendous there will NOT be any one slow rolling the decision making or review of the project as they can't due to the competition from others. So I do not agree with you that a partnership is destined to be slow coming. Yes it could take a bit but also could move very fast. Better the DFS the quicker it moves. This is too big of a project of many decades LOM and additional deposit potential in a safe mining friendly place with Quebec govt love and copper stacked bonus. IF amazing NO major would let another major steal the project for pennies on the dollar. Post by

My thoughts
Our adjacent property owners.... It sounds incredible.... But, unfortunately it is years away... They don't even have any indicated ounces? We're years away from proving a PEA and a MRE?
I don't believe a joint venture, etc. happens for a while after the DFS. It's going to take time to review.... The last thing TLG needs is some kind of insider trading?
