Champion Shears???

What happen with CIA? Does someone have any idea? Should champion stop its dividend and instead reinvest in new infrastructures or buy back its shares? Champion gave $250 million in dividends and this doesn't seem to have had any effect on shareholder value what do you think?

Give me the money! Buy more shares. This stock will be $20-25 within 5 years with float plant, pellet plant and Kami.
