Was the railroad shut down during fire season ?

The Carol Lake  operation was shut down for over a week last summer, 3Q.
Did QNS&L  continue to service Bloom Lake while the IOC mine was shut down?

From LIF : IOC's total saleable production (CFS plus pellets) for the third quarter of 2024 was 11% lower than the same quarter last year due to an 11-day site-wide shutdown following forest fires in mid-July. This does not refer to QNS&L. This could have been an opportunity for Bloom to ship more of the stockpiled production. Sales may have exceeded production. That would be nice !
