When the President / CFO has to get out and start talking about "normalized EBITDA" of Ciscom what he is saying is ignore these ugly numbers we post and listen to me spin the reality. Shame on you Mr. Michel Pepin.  As an accounting pso called professional you know better!

Why would CFO openly discus normalization accounting method? Normialization typically refers to ajusting financial statments to account for irregular or one-time items. For a public company, this could involve removing extraoridanary expenes or gain. The way Mr. Pepin bragging about Ciscom, I don't see why would he be removing the gains, which leave to one question, REMOVING THE EXPENSE. The ...more

I think he is concerned that a new board may call him out on these tactics in fear of the potential liability.     I note he was not proposed in the new slate of proposed directors put forth by the concerned shareholders.
