The Concerned Shareholders nominee Charles Brofman Joins DLT

Wow look at his bio.  Why in the hell would the incumbaent  board not have wanted him?  And look, he just sold on a share for share exchange his companies generating USD $50,000,000 in sales to DLT (CISC 's now largest shareholder).  This could have been in CISC but the self serving board lead by Paul Gaynor and Michel Pepin were too worried about having a strong legal mind seeing what they have been up to...
