What I find surprising about cjr.b is that the Shaw Family owns 86.20% of the company. The fact that the stock keeps falling doesn't seem to worry them any more than it should. Would he be tempted one day to buy it back at a discount to privatize it? With almost 70% debt, competition would probably be non-existent in the current context. In short, I find that they do nothing to enhance the share price, which would be to their advantage... it seems to me.
