CORUS is technically in bankruptcy
There is no way that such a company with a barely $0.15 stock can achieve a turnaround, with such a huge debtload. The following sequence of events will be lawsuits that will emerge from mainly institutional shareholders, then board members departure, then a Companies Creditors Arrangement Act filing. The Shaw family wont in my view aim at buying the company until it is declared insolvent and a liquidation process gets underway under Court supervision.

Stock price has no bearing on banruptcy. All thatt matters is cash.

Ahhh WHAT?? I'm pretty sure the stock price has an effect on your ability to raise cash (i.e. the banks are not about to hand over any cash) in order to pay your bills - which eventually leads to ummm what?? Starts with B and ends in ruptcy
