Many sellers in at 2 to 3 cents and are saying f it and cashing in on a double, how many also took a short position on the last rally to 11 cents and are cashing out also.

What the h e ll are you talking about you buy the shares back at a lower price and return them to your broker, what the h e l l does volume have to do with it!

To close a short position, a trader buys the shares back on the markethopefully at a price less than what they borrowed the assetand returns them to the lender or broker. Traders must account for any interest charged by the broker or commissions charged on trades.
