Many sellers in at 2 to 3 cents and are saying f it and cashing in on a double,how many also took a short position on the last rally to 11 cents and are cashing out also.

To close a short position, a trader buys the shares back on the markethopefully at a price less than what they borrowed the assetand returns them to the lender or broker. Traders must account for any interest charged by the broker or commissions charged on trades.
