Let's say you want to sell at $3 before RS. That would mean the marketcap of Claritas would be $3700M shares=$2.1 billion If here is an RS of 20:1 then there woulde 700M/20=35M shares left. In that case you will sell at $2.1B/35M=$60 a share. In other words you should look at what the company will be worth in time and divide that with the amount of outstanding shares

There won't be a buyout at $3 or even $1 before phase II. Big pharma might want to buy us out in the range of $0.20-$0.60, but Claritas will not sell in that range. Of course they would probably accept if the bying offer is >$3, but the chance of that, as I said, before phase II is slim to none. Pfizer have a big productoin capacity and he surely have all the ingredient. If he buy CLAS and he put little price on capsules, compound and intravenus and respitory poudre by nose and all the people respiration is best, Pfizer consider like a heros, he banned covid 19 and the variant

Before the R/S bring the price to 0.30 and then go ahead and reverse split to 20:1 and all investors will be very happy. I don't believe the price will reach to $3.00 before the split. It is only pipe dream.
